Chris Sutton and Alistair Bruce-Ball were once again taking calls from fans across England and made some bold statements on Norwich City who are currently not enjoying their stay in the top-flight.

The Canaries have been impressive in their exciting and aggressive style of play - beating Manchester City, after all - but, at the moment, they are sitting rock bottom in the Premier League and relegation back to the Championship is a very real thought.

Still, that doesn't really matter to Sutton, who believes they are simply the best ever team we've seen to be at the very bottom of the table.

Here's what he said on BBC's 5 Live 606 podcast (29/2/2020) when talking to one of the fans who were on the call: "They're the best ever team who've been bottom of the Premier League. Brilliant team. They are really good and they haven't lost confidence, they're playing with belief, they're bottom of the table. How many times have we seen Premier League teams do that? Norwich are the best ever team at the bottom of the table because of the courage and the way they play football and the belief."

While the Canaries would have to drastically change the sort of form that's seen them end up in this position, they are six points away from safety and there are still ten games to be played until the end of the 2019/20 Premier League season, so it's not completely out of the question.
