This summer has been largely a flat one for Tottenham fans. The club has been getting plenty of near misses with transfers and it looks like this one will probably go the same way. According to German outlet, BILD, Christian Pulisic’s representative are refusing to enter into talks regarding a new contract.

A lot of Tottenham fans can’t wait for this summer to be over as they crave the return of Premier League football. That’s only because they’ve been shockingly outdone by a lot of lesser Premier League clubs, although if Spurs can complete the signing of Pulisic they would be in a much better position to take on the season, with the versatile and exciting American being one of the greatest prospects in Europe at the moment at the age of just 19.
Whilst many fans may be confident on Pulisic, some have no faith at all and believe other players may be much closer to joining. Jack Grealish has been in Football Whispers top ten whispers for what feels like months and there’s still been no movement on that front. Meanwhile, the club are still failing to make progress on any other signings and things are starting to look like the club will be entering the 2018/19 season with the same squad they ended the 2017/18 squad with.
