QPR: Fans criticise Joe Lumley after Nottingham Forest display

QPR suffered a bit of a hammering yesterday evening at Loftus Road as Nottingham Forest ran out 4-0 winners in the Sky Bet Championship.

The R’s have slumped in recent weeks and now find themselves in 16th place after early flirtation with the play-off places.

Clearly, there is talent in this squad as they were in good form but a lack of consistency and defensive mistakes are really costing them at the moment.

The R’s are yet to keep a clean sheet in the league this season which is a frankly barmy stat at this point in the year and until that is addressed they know that they can forget all about the top six.

Up next, a game against Derby County and it remains to be seen what sort of line-up Mark Warburton goes for with that one.

One player that some fans have evidently had enough of at the moment, though, is Joe Lumley.

The goalkeeper will want to prove himself but right now some fans on Twitter have been quite ruthless towards him.
