QPR earned a fine win at Preston North End on Saturday afternoon as they further enhanced their play-off hopes with a 3-1 victory at Deepdale.
The R’s have been inconsistent at times this season but in the last couple of months, overall, they have shown some decent signs of progression.
Certainly, the team seems a lot more settled and it looks as though Mark Warburton has found a team and set-up that he is willing to stick with.
Indeed, he’s made very few changes in the last few weeks to his line-up and that added level of consistency has seen the R’s get some decent results.
The way the weekend, then, has left them just a couple of wins away from the top six and, if things go their way, a play-off challenge isn’t off of the cards just yet.
Fans have been discussing their chances of doing just that on social media, then, so let’s take a look at the best of what has been said:
I’m hearing lots of @QPR supporters talking about the possibility of a late playoff push, having looked at the last nine game, five are against teams in the bottom six but like @MPSMillwallFC said them teams are fighting for survival, what do you think all you @QPR supporters. pic.twitter.com/MiV3Kj1ycI

Not saying it’s likely to happen but would be funny beating Brentford in the Play offs at griffin parks last ever game . A memory they could never forget till the end of time
