Queens Park Rangers were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw against Reading at Loftus Road on Tuesday (via BBC Sport).
The R’s twice had the lead in the game thanks to goals from Nahki Wells and Jordan Hugill, but on both occasions were pegged back.
It leaves Mark Warburton’s side fourth in the Championship at the time of writing, still very much in the promotion picture (BBC Sport).
However, several QPR fans were left frustrated at yet another poor defensive showing from their side. Indeed they have now conceded 11 goals in their last five league outings, shipping two or more in each of those games (via WhoScored).
They also have now conceded 23 goals in the league overall, which is far worse than any other team in the top six and is, in fact, the joint second-worst tally in the Championship with only bottom club Barnsley having let in more (via BBC Sport).
After the game against Reading, fans were left frustrated at conceding another couple of goals, and believe that they need to tighten up in the coming weeks.
Here is what some supporters said on Twitter…
We’d have a great little team if we could defend

That was a poor performance. Reading intimidated us physically. We simply cannot defend. Eze was once again camera shy and Chair was hopeless. Some may think it’s harsh but it’s true

Take the draw after that performance. It’s getting a bit boring conceding 2 a game now though!

Defense needs sorting ASAP

Diabolical defending

Our defending is utter comedy every week
