Steve Bruce’s side have had an extremely frustrating start to the season and head into the international break with just one Championship win under their belt. The club have only lost twice in the second tier, but seven draws leave them way down the division in 21st place, level on points with Middlesborough.
The pressure appears to be building on Bruce especially following the last home defeat to rivals Birmingham City, but he now has plenty of time with the Baggies squad before their next game against Swansea on October 1.
