The Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern seem to know exactly what they want this summer. Indeed, the punters propping up our bar have been delighted with performances of January signing Sean Goss and his classy outing in last night’s resounding win over St. Johnstone only further endeared him to the Light Blue faithful.
Having notched a goal last night, the former Manchester United youngster sent Rangers fans on Twitter into a frenzy. The 22-year-old looks a class act in the famous Rangers shirt and, having joined on loan from QPR, it seems supporters want him to stick around.
With that in mind, they’ve already moved to set director of football Mark Allen his first task for the summer window. Though it took Rangers a while to settle into having someone operate in that role, Allen’s work over the January sales has delighted fans and many are now urging him to try and wrap up a permanent deal for Goss as soon as possible.
Having said that, here’s a look at the pleas.
Mark Allen, your mission, if you choose to accept it , is to sign Sean Goss now.
