Rangers overcame FC Midtjylland on Thursday night to progress to the play-off round of the Europa League, where a win over two-legs will see them into the competition group stages, and when speaking after the game, Steven Gerrard gained plenty of plaudits from the fans.

The former England and Liverpool captain is now into his second year of senior management and his second year at Ibrox, and he’s very close to making it two straight seasons in Europe too, as his side is now just 180 minutes away from the Europa League group stages.
It will be up to Gerrard to ensure that the Gers have enough to get past Legia Warsaw in their two meetings over the next two Thursdays. The fans, though, as you will see below, absolutely love Gerrard and are full of confidence that he can deliver an aggregate win to take them into the next round.
