Glen Kamara has proven to be a sublime asset at Ibrox this season since he joined. The midfielder joined the club in January on a four and a half year deal despite previously agreeing to join in the summer. However, getting the Finnish midfielder early has proven to be a stroke of genius as he’s been superb so far.

Yesterday against Hearts the 23-year-old put in a performance that any Rangers midfielder past or present would have been proud of and he’s more than justified his move from Dundee. The former Arsenal academy man scored his first goal for the club against his former side in a 4-0 win, yet even without that strike he’s done more than enough to prove himself to the Ibrox faithful.
Alongside Nikola Katic, Kamara starred as one of the Gers stand out players in their key clash against Hearts, and next season is already shaping up to be a big one for the midfielder in what will be his first full-campaign under the tutelage of Steven Gerrard. The 2019/20 season will undoubtedly be a thoroughly successful one for Kamara too, as he continues to grow into his role at the club.

The Gers absolutely adore Kamara and will be keen for the midfielder to continue starring into next season.
