Rangers: Fans pick their ideal midfield three

Many Rangers fans have picked their ideal midfield three after being asked by a fan account on Twitter.

Ryan Jack, Glen Kamara, Steven Davis and Joe Aribo are all fighting for three spaces within Steven Gerrard’s side, but with all of them showing good form this season, many fans can’t agree on what their best midfield three looks like.

It’s a problem which can only be a good things for the Gers. So far this season, their midfield has provided 10 goals between them in their 27 competitive games (per Transfermarkt), with the most coming through Joe Aribo who has provided five. They have also provided eight assists, with Jack and Aribo both providing three each.

Rangers are doing well in each and every competition so far this season. They are second in the SPFL, joint top of their Europa League group with two games to go and they are in the final of the League Cup.

Many fans gave different selections for the midfield three, while others went into more detail.

One claimed that Joe Aribo has the highest potential in the squad, while another spoke about how amazing it is that they managed to get all four for under £200k.
