Loads of Rangers fans have been reacting to some fighting talk from Steven Gerrard’s press conference on Tuesday, and it seems the Ibrox faithful are not too inspired by the gaffer’s words.
The Gers have only won four of their last nine domestic matches, and the defeat at Hearts on Saturday leaves Gerrard with just one realistic route to his first trophy in Glasgow, and even that is going to mightily difficult after drawing Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League.
That said, a win in the Premiership this week would at least cut the gap to Celtic to eight points and certainly lift spirits around the club, and Gerrard appeared to deliver a message to his players that it is time for a reaction against Hamilton.

The words ‘we need to know who is on board’ suggest Gerrard wants the players to quite literally ‘fight’ for a place in the squad next season, with some reports suggesting as many as six first-team players could leave in the summer.
