Rangers head into 2020 in fine spirits, chasing down their arch rivals Celtic in a race for the Scottish Premiership title.
Steven Gerrard’s side closed the gap at the top of the table to two points after beating the champions at Celtic Park last week.
Goals from Ryan Kent and Nikola Katic were enough to see off Neil Lennon’s side, who face a stern challenge to retain their title.
Their form since losing to Celtic in the Betfred Cup final has been superb, winning four of their five games.
The only game they didn’t win was in the Europa League against Young Boys, but they did secure a point to qualify for the knockout stages.
Gerrard has received praise for the job he’s doing at Ibrox, but his coaching staff are proving just as popular.
First Team coach Michael Beale has been an invaluable addition, bringing with him experience of coaching in the academy at Liverpool and Sao Paulo’s senior team.
