Rangers announced yesterday that Christmas was coming to Ibrox with their special ‘Breakfast with Santa’, however, the response from fans wasn’t quite as Christmassy.
In the midst of rumours suggesting that the taxman charged the Gers £50m too much causing them to go bust, fans want answers, as the responses to the tweet suggest.
The Times reported that a ‘multimillion-pounder blunder’ is being blamed for the financial ‘implosion’ which tore apart Rangers and forced them to sell their much of their assets, make staff redundant, and start again from Scottish League Two.
With the news being just rumours at the moment, many of the Rangers fans are eager to hear what the club officially has to say about the claims, and, if true, what will be the next steps for Dave King and the club.
