Rangers fans were thrilled with Steven Gerrard’s comments after the head coach was interviewed about recent events.
In a clip posted on the club’s official Twitter account, the Englishman claimed that the postponements of leagues are having a huge impact, however, reiterated football needs to be secondary in the current climate. Divisions across Europe have been suspended as a result of the widespread sickness with Germany, England, Spain, France and Portugal all having called off matches for the next few weeks.
One fan called him ‘impeccable’.
Impeccable. A credit to his family and the Club.
