Rangers dropped points at Tynecastle against Hearts on Sunday, and while James Tavernier took the brunt of the criticism for his role in the home side’s opener, it was Sheyi Ojo who came in for similar criticism for his performance.
As a result of the game, the Light Blues gave up their lead at the top of the table.
Ojo has recently been linked (per Goal) with a permanent move to the Ibrox club, but he was rated on the BBC Sport website as 3.86/10 and on Rangers News as 4/10, so it’s fair to say he was below par.
The on-loan Liverpool forward has suffered an inconsistent start to his Rangers career, scoring 5 goals and 4 assists in 17 appearances but doesn’t appear to have thrilled many of these supporters online.
With that in mind, Rangers fans took to social media to vent their frustration at Ojo’s current performance and effort levels.
OJO should be no where near a rangers starting 11

Ojo is never a rangers player either. Can’t go past a player.

Never want to see ojo in a rangers Jersey again

Jack has became one of our most important players, he makes us tick. Arfield and Ojo were a 3/10 today.

Rotten. From start to finish. My opinion doesn’t matter. Gerrard’s does. For what it’s worth Ojo is a waste of a jersey and whether Tav’s positives outweigh the negatives is 50/50 for me

I wonder if we can crowd fund for Sheyi Ojo’s train fare back to Liverpool
