The Rangers fan here in the Transfer Tavern haven’t exactly the best campaign, though the punters propping up our bar are eager to see the club build ahead of next season, amid what is hopefully a much closer challenge to Celtic. Indeed, our local Light Blues are fed up of watching their rivals walk the league and want progression.
With that in mind, the Ibrox side received a fairly welcome boost yesterday when long-term injury concern Jordan Rossiter stepped up his return to full fitness by appearing for the developmental side yesterday in their game against Icelandic outfit Breidablik at the Rangers Training Centre.
Signed by Mark Warburton, the former Liverpool youngster has had to bide his time north of the border, much to the frustration of our resident Gers, though seeing him back in Rangers blue will be a boost to everyone involved with the club ahead of next season.
So, having said that, here’s a look at the reaction on Twitter as Rossiter returned.
