As far as most of the Celtic fans are concerned, if you’re good enough then you’re old enough, and Timothy Weah is certainly good enough to be starting. Last night saw Neil Lennon give the youngster just his 3rd Scottish Premier League start, and the Bhoys were ecstatic when he grabbed the opening goal to mark the occasion.
TIMO! It’s in!

The ball may have only crossed the line by a matter of millimetres, but they all count the same, and this is one that the Hoops absolutely loved. Weah has often been overlooked by Neil Lennon this season when it comes to his starting eleven, as the likes of Odsonne Edouard and Oliver Burke have been selected over the American, but nothing was stopping the rampant 19-year-old yesterday evening.
The stats don’t look great when you look at the fact that Weah has bagged just four goals and one assist in 13 games for the Bhoys. However, with the majority of those games coming as a sub, he actually scores a goal at a very impressive rate of once every 102 minutes, and with that kind of record the Bhoys cannot believe that he doesn’t start more. The fact he started yesterday made his goal even sweeter and they’ll all hope Lennon can see the light and give him a run of starts from now.

Hence why he should be starting every game ahead of Sinclair the one trick pony that the whole SPL have figured out

And we hardly start him

The Hoops are desperate for Weah to get more game time, and they were visibly delighted when he bagged yesterday as Lennon can’t justify dropping the youngster for Livingston on Saturday now.
