Celtic fans have endured a rollercoaster couple of days. On Tuesday they were made aware that Brendan Rodgers was on his way out before he was swiftly replaced by Neil Lennon. Then, with less than 24 hours to prepare Lennon was in the dugout last night and took charge of a 2-1 win over Hearts that saw a late, late winner.
A winning return for Neil Lennon!

It may have been obvious that Lennon would return with all of the fight, desire and passion that he had at the club when he was last at Parkhead, but in case the fans doubted that, he showed it after the late winner. Neil Lennon truly is back and as far as the fans are concerned, he’s already shown more passion in one game in charge that Rodgers did in his entire career as the Hoops’ gaffer.
It would be poetic if Lennon was the man to stay on after the end of the season. The 47-year-old was in charge at the club when they kicked off their efforts to win 10 in a row, and he was the man behind Scottish League triumphs in 2011, 2012 and 2013 before being replaced by Ronny Deila. Since his departure, the Bhoys have continued their run and are now on 7 consecutive titles and if Lennon can grab the last three to finish ten in a row then he will forever be a legend in Glasgow.

Neil Lennon started the 10 and he’s going to finish it

The Hoops are infatuated with Neil Lennon and the only thing that could possibly make them love him more is if he sticks around to complete ten in a row.
