Celtic will need to ensure consistency right the way through the month of January if they are to keep Rangers at bay, as Steven Gerrard’s side appear to be building up ahead of steam.
Brendan Rodgers hasn’t been able to get the very best out of his side in the current campaign, but they do still find themselves in with a chance of securing silverware in Europe.
Interestingly, it appears as if the Glasgow side are eyeing a possible swoop, as according to the Daily Mail, Celtic have enquired about Oliver Burke over a January loan move.
Celtic have asked about taking West Bromwich Albion winger Oliver Burke on a potential loan.
It’s understood that the Midlands club are willing to let the 21-year-old leave, but negotiations are yet to go beyond the current enquiry stage at this moment in time.
Sadly, the winger has struggled to work his way into Darren Moore’s plans this season and has been a huge disappointment since making his way to the Hawthorns, so he will be desperate to seek a move away.
Oliver Burke still has plenty of potential and could easily become a future star of the game if he manages to develop his game with a move to Celtic this month.
The Hoops already have a number of wingers at their disposal but it’s his ability to find the back of the net that may have caught the eye of Brendan Rodgers.
