Celtic fans were calling for Tomas Rogic to start the Old Firm derby against Rangers after a post asking fans on whether he or Ryan Christie should feature on Sunday.
Christie has been in superb form this season having notched up 18 goals and 12 assists in just 2540 minutes across all competitions (via BBC). Meanwhile, the Australia international has made just 22 appearances this campaign, having missed part of the early-season fixtures with a knee injury (via Transfermarkt).
The statistics seem to favour the 27-year-old with Celtic having won 10 of the 12 games Rogic has featured in since he moved to Paradise back in 2013. Meanwhile, the Scotland international doesn’t have the best of records when playing the Blues with the outfit having won just four of the 10 games which Christie has appeared in. Supporters were backing the £2.25m-rated, as per Transfermarkt, attacking midfielder to start ahead of his teammate as they took to Twitter to react to the tweets showing off one of his strikes against their fierce rivals (Celtic TV via Celtic Bible).
If Celtic win 10 in a row, should Brendan Rodgers be invited to any celebrations?
Here are some reactions:
Has to be Rogic, simply because I reckon he is a better football player.

Christie offers energy but Rogic adds a finesse and a final ball we lack at times from the middle of the park.
