Celtic: Fans discuss Georgios Samaras’ strike against Old Firm rivals

With the recent postponement of football in Scotland, fans have been taking to Twitter to discuss some of the goals in Celtic’s recent history. And today fans were discussing Georgios Samaras’ goal against their Old Firm rivals back in 2011.
It was a famous goal in its own right as it helped the Hoops secure their first win away at their Glasgow rivals’ ground for the first time since 2008 (via BBC). After the ball was given away, Joe Ledley played a superb pass over the top of two defenders with the former Greece international nudging the ball past Allan McGregor before slotting home (via Sky Sports Scotland).
One fan called it the ‘greatest goal of all time’.
