Celtic: Fans fall in love with Odsonne Edouard’s strike from 2018 Old Firm clash - Celtic

Celtic fans were falling in love with one of Odsonne Edouard’s goals against Rangers after it was shared by a supporter on Twitter.

The clip shows the £13.5m-rated, as per Transfermarkt, France youth international curling the ball past a despairing Wes Foderingham after being played through by Moussa Dembele (Sky Sports Scotland via Celtic Bible). It was the winning goal in the Hoops’ 3-2 victory away to their bitter rivals, a game in which the Paradise outfit came from behind twice to take all three points despite being down to ten men (via BBC).

It didn’t prove to be the only superb curling strike from the end-to-end fixture with Tomas Rogic also producing a fantastic effort from outside the box that brought his side level earlier in the match (via SPFL). Supporters seemed to be falling head over heels for the goal as they took to Twitter to react to the post. Here is a selection of tweets:
