Not everyone was convinced that the 22-year-old got two of Celtic’s goals yesterday, though, with Hearts manager Craig Levein insisting that both were own goals, according to post-match reaction that was shared by Clyde 1 Superscoreboard (@ClydeSSB) on Twitter.
Craig Levein on Bayo’s goals: ‘Christophe said it hit his hip, Halk said it went in off his toe.’
Lennon says his striker scored two goals wheras Levein thinks his team had two OGs. What do you think?pic.twitter.com/ttFLrSRiLj

Levein claimed that Bayo’s first goal went in off Christophe Berra’s hip and then said that the Ivorian striker’s second, a flicked finish to make it 3-0, owed primarily to the ball hitting off Craig Halkett’s toe on its way to the net.
Bayo joined Celtic in January but has had to be patient in waiting for first team action, having only made three substitute appearances totalling eight minutes prior to being handed his first start for the club yesterday.
While Levein was convinced that his team scored two own goals at Celtic Park, the official SPFL website has credited Bayo with a brace from the match.
These Celtic fans took to Twitter afterwards to castigate Levein for his attempts to take the goals off Bayo:
Levein is a clown, imagine sticking 2 own goals on your players just to say Celtic didn't score them? 3-1 is 3-1 no matter what way you look at it

Is there a sadder guy in world football than the dinosaur that is Craig Levein ? Hearts deserve him

So little joy in his life this is what he is reduced to. Magnificent.
