Celtic: Fans laud Neil Lennon after Betfred Cup final triumph

It was an afternoon to remember for Neil Lennon after his Celtic side went on to win 1-0 in the Betfred Cup final against rivals Rangers.
Christopher Jullien’s goal on the hour mark was enough to give the Hoops victory at Hampden Park, though it could have been a different story had Alfredo Morelos converted his penalty.
Will Kieran Tierney regret leaving Celtic?
Yes

No

It was to be Lennon’s day, though, and the 48-year-old has since come in for praise from his supporters — praise that is warranted.
In his second stint as Celtic manager, Lennon has picked up from exactly where Brendan Rodgers left off. He already added another league title to his honours list last season and now has a Scottish League Cup to add to it.
What makes things even sweeter is Rangers have been made to suffer in the process — no wonder supporters are lauding their former player so much following that cup triumph.

I‘d like to join in plaudits for Neil Lennon. Yes the Celtic job is a great one that’s well paid, but he stepped in in difficult times and hoovered up trophies while overall doing well in Europe. Despite the likes of me being disappointed when he was given the job full time
