Celtic: Fans pour praise on Odsonne Edouard after goal vs Hibs

Loads of Celtic fans have been piling the praise on ‘king’ Odsonne Edouard after he grabbed yet another crucial goal to seal the three points for the Bhoys.
If Jeremie Frimpong’s post-match interview after the League Cup final last week didn’t make him an instant hero with Celtic fans, his opening goal and joyous celebration on Sunday afternoon certainly did.
After the young prospect had put the Bhoys in front against Hibs though, it was once again Edouard who came up with the goods to secure the win for Neil Lennon’s side.
‘French Eddy’, as he is affectionately known by the Parkhead faithful, ensured the Hoops will stay two points ahead of Rangers with his 15th goal of the season.
Few may have believed that the 21 year-old could adequately replace Moussa Dembele when he arrived in the summer of 2017 under the tutelage of Brendan Rodgers, but he is certainly doing just that, as his cool finish on Saturday was the cherry on top of a well-rounded centre-forward’s display.
