Celtic have opened a three-point overnight lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership after brushing aside Livingston 4-0 at Parkhead this afternoon.

Neil Lennon’s side threw down the gauntlet to title rivals Rangers with an emphatic win that not only pushed the gap out to three points but also boosted their goal difference nicely, with only one goal separating the Glasgow pair at the summit this morning (as per Sky Sports).
One man who caught the eye of many reporters and Celtic fans was Jeremie Frimpong, with the 18-year-old delivering a lively display on his fourth Premiership start of the season.
Graeme McGarry of Herald Scotland called the teenage right-back an “exciting talent” in his player ratings after the game, while the report on the Hoops’ official website noted how he “continued to torment [Steven] Lawless out on the right wing with his pace and footwork”.
These Celtic fans on Twitter were raving about Frimpong after another convincing performance from the youngster:
Really good win, should’ve been more. Frimpong a serious, serious player man, noticed it straight away. It’s a joke how good he is and STILL only 18

4 going on 7-8 today… not at our best but still. Young Frimpong is a joy to watch, a steal at 300k! #CelticFC

One of the best individual performances I’ve seen in a LONG time from Frimpong at Celtic today.
He was brilliant – bags of energy for the entire game and more often than not, backed up with a good final ball.
Looks a brilliant player.
