A lot of Celtic fans can’t believe a fan page on Twitter has asked whether the club should keep or sell Tom Rogic in the summer.
The player signed for the club in January 2013 and before his move was playing in his home nation for Australian side Central Coast, per Transfermarkt. In the seven years he has been at Paradise, the attacking midfielder has contributed by scoring 38 goals whilst picking up 34 assists in his 189 appearances in all competitions, a very decent record for the player to hold.
His impact has clearly been beneficial as whilst playing for the Scottish side, he has won the Premiership five times, whilst also picking up four Scottish Cup titles and four League Cup titles during his spell, via Transfermarkt.
However, so far this campaign he has only managed 16 appearances, scoring three goals and picking up two assists along the way, and perhaps this is the reason why Celtic1967 asked the question on Twitter about the player’s future.
Should Rogic be kept or sold?
The Hoops faithful clearly feel like he still has a lot to give for though as they agreed that when he gets back to his best, he will be a crucial player for the squad.
Here is what fans had to say following the post:
You should get blocked for silly questions! 🤣🤣🤣 keep for life 🤨

He was starting to get amongst the goals again.. Scored Livi and set up a couple in the recent games he played in before the break.. Still think on form he’s a better player than Christie, Just my opinion.

Agree, he’s better than Christie and always shows up when we need a hero and loves a goal against Rangers.
