Celtic: Fans recall history-making 2017 win over Aberdeen - Celtic

Three years ago today, Celtic travelled to face Aberdeen in the Premiership, producing an emphatic 3-1 win, and a lot of the Hoops faithful enjoyed the highlights in a club post on Twitter.

It was a blistering start as all their goals came in the opening 11 minutes. Dedryck Boyata opened the scoring the third minute and Stuart Armstrong soon doubled the score, with Leigh Griffiths adding a quick third to completely stun the home support, as per BBC Sport.

Aberdeen would swiftly respond with a goal of their own through current Hoops man Jonny Hayes but, after an extraordinary first 12 minutes, there were no further goals and the Celts came away with the victory. Celtic were already champions that season but the game was still a historic one as it meant the Hoops managed to get 100 points in the league, a great achievement whenever it happens.
