Celtic relinquished top spot in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday after their 0-2 defeat at Livingston was coupled with their fierce rival’s 5-0 demolition of Hamilton.
Will Celtic get to 10 in a row?
After the match, Celtic captain Scott Brown told the club’s official website that he and the team will look back at the game to identify the shortcomings that need correcting, adding that the Hoops have recovered from similar scenarios in previous years to win titles. Celtic’s Twitter channel @CelticFC shared Brown’s post-match comments to its followers.
"It wasn’t our day, so we’ll go back and assess what went wrong and put it right."

Having won their first six games of the Premiership campaign, Neil Lennon’s side have subsequently drawn at Hibernian and lost to Livingston, whereas Rangers’ run of four straight wins following defeat in the Glasgow derby has propelled them to the top of the table.
The ‘Gers have scored 17 goals in that four-game winning run, whereas Celtic have netted just 10 times in their last six league games after scoring 12 in their first two.
Despite the pendulum swinging towards the Ibrox club, these Celtic fans on Twitter remained upbeat about their team’s prospects of winning a ninth consecutive league title this season:

Learn & then move on. End of. No teams are going through this season without at least 2 losses each. Titles are won over a long season. It will still be ours at end of May 2020.
