Celtic: Jeremie Frimpong helps fans move on from Kieran Tierney

Celtic maintained their grip on top spot in the Scottish Premiership with a thumping 4-0 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Sunday.
Neil Lennon made a couple of changes and, with Ryan Christie suspended, Tom Rogic came in to provide the spark and ammunition for on-form forward, Odsonne Edouard.
The second change, which was greatly received by Hoops fans (looking at some of the reaction in the Sun), was the re-introduction of Jeremie Frimpong to the starting XI. Indeed, the diminutive full-back is seemingly fast becoming a real threat to regular first choice Hatem Elhamed.
Frimpong now has three first-team appearances for Celtic with a combined aggregate score of 15-0 and his direct style and attacking flair has done much to soothe the pain of Kieran Tierney’s absence after his £25m departure to Arsenal.
With that in mind, Celtic fans took to Twitter to show their love for the capture from Manchester City.
Frimpong has filled the Kieran Tierney hole in my heart xxxx
