Celtic: Ryan Christie’s red card seriously angered these fans on Twitter

Ryan Christie saw red against Livingston for Celtic on Sunday in their 2-0 defeat in a moment of madness that arguably changed the outcome of the game.
Will Celtic get to 10 in a row?
Yes

No

25′ – Christie receives a straight red card for a foul on Robinson.

Midway through the first half with the scores even, Christie left his foot in high and with his studs showing in a challenge with Scott Robinson, leaving referee Willie Collum with no choice but to send him off.
It had been a scrappy encounter but one in which Celtic would’ve been expected to secure victory, only for Christie’s lack of discipline to stack up the numbers in Livingston’s favour.
Christie has been in fine form this season with 11 goals and 5 assists but this didn’t excuse his behaviour and loss of control amongst these fans online.
Some Celtic fans took to Twitter to criticise the midfielder’s actions and perhaps surprisingly, back the referee.
Embarrassing. We’re struggling to break them down as it is without Christie doing something so stupid. Can’t see us taking 3 points here whatsoever
