Celtic are closing in on yet another Scottish Premiership title, something that will delight Neil Lennon if he can see it through.
Having now come back to Celtic Park, Lennon has the tough job of securing another treble for those demanding fans, an achievement that could very realistically become a reality.
Now that their European dreams have ended, all focus remains on the league and cup competitions, which the Hoops will fancy themselves to win.
Next season though, will again be about bettering their presence among Europe’s best teams, something that new signings could help them solidify.
With that in mind, a striker that could really exceed expectation with a move to Scotland is Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah.
Nketiah, is an Arsenal youngster who certainly seems destined for great things after the season he has had.
With electrifying pace, an eye for goal and his team-mates alike, Nketiah should now be looking to play regularly at a big club, seeing as Arsenal can’t seem to offer that.
Understandably with Alex Lacazette and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang in-front of him in the pecking order, game-time will be extremely hard to come by but with Celtic, that same issue won’t be a problem.
Both Oliver Burke and Timothy Weah are on-loan until the summer and whether or not those deals get extended, Eddie Nketiah would only add to the quality that Celtic have.
The 19-year-old has played 15 times in all competitions for U23’s and the first team this season, scoring eight times whilst also managing three assists.
Those statistics prove that with the right service and a manager who trusts him, Nketiah could be a star at Celtic Park.
