Celtic: Fans on Kieran Tierney’s comments

After reading comments made by former player, Kieran Tierney, it would appear a number of Celtic fans do not have much time for him anymore.
In remarks that were relayed on Twitter by Celticbible, the current Arsenal left-back revealed in a club Q&A on their official website that he misses everything about the Bhoys and that he will continue to do so, whilst admitting the decision to leave the Hoops was the hardest decision he has ever had to make.
Of course, the 22-year-old joined the Gunners in the summer after making an impression in Glasgow, having made 170 appearances for the current Scottish Premiership champions and bagging himself eight goals and a rather brilliant 37 assists in those outings (as per TransferMarkt).
But, despite that solid record, it would appear many of the Celtic faithful would rather not hear from Tierney and do not quite believe what he has had to say recently. Some accused him of jumping ship for a bigger payday whilst others did not think he is as big as a Hoops fan as he says he is, with one fan suggesting that he shows they do not make them like ‘King Henrik [Larsson] anymore’.
Here are just some of their angry remarks towards his remarks…

No Celtic supporter which he claimed to be would leave when we’re about to win 10 in a row to make history. Like Brendan Rodgers he chose a bigger bank balance .

Money Kieran money. You fell into the trap like many others. You had the chance to become a legend but you thought that you were too good for Celtic. Another 2 seasons for a 21 year old living his so called dream, yeah right. Kieran you sit on a throne of lies HH 🍀🍀🍀
