Celtic have been the form team in the Scottish Premiership recently having won their last five Scottish Premiership fixtures.
The Hoops secured all three points against a helpless Hearts side last time out in what was a dominant display from Brendan Rodgers’ side at Celtic Park.
Interestingly, Celtic will travel to the Almondvale Stadium to face Livingstone in their next Scottish Premiership encounter. The Lions have lost their last two matches as they continue to slide down the table, but they’ll be desperate to return to winning ways by causing an upset later on today.
With that in mind, Brendan Rodgers must get his team selection right by selecting these TWO Celtic stars…
Odsonne Edouard has been the standout performer for Celtic over the past month or so as he continues to find the back of the net on a consistent basis. The Frenchman has scored six goals in his last four Scottish Premiership appearances, which included a brace against Hearts last time out.
So, with the forward enjoying a rich vein of form, Brendan Rodgers simply has to keep on playing him.
Scott Sinclair has struggled to secure a place in the starting lineup for large parts of the current campaign, but an upturn in form has helped boost his chances of becoming a regular.
Indeed, the Englishman managed to produce an assist for his team-mate against Hearts last time out and scored a penalty against Dundee not so long ago, so it’s clear to see that he is making the most of his time in the side.
So, with the winger rewarding Rodgers for putting his faith in him, there’s no reason for the Northern Irishman to take him out of his starting XI to face Livingstone.
