Celtic will be celebrating the fact that they managed to qualify for the next round of the Europa League.
Some of their fans may have also doubled up on the joyous occasion with the fact that Old Firm rivals Rangers failed to reach the knock-out stage of the competition.
One former Celtic star, although he may not be looked back on fondly, has also taken the time to reflect on his former club’s success by taking to Twitter.
Great European week . Qualified for my first Champions League knockout stage games, Celtic going through, Rangers out…! Thought to Griff, hope to see him back on the pitch soon! @dembelition

Moussa Dembele, who seemingly forced an exit from Celtic Park in the summer, took to the social network to reveal his happiness at a great European night for him personally, as well as his former club, whilst taking a dig at the Light Blues.
The 22-year-old striker became a real fan favourite during his two years at Celtic Park, however, his departure certainly left a sour taste with a number of the Parkhead faithful.
Although it will be difficult for Celtic fans to forget what happened over the summer in regards to Dembele’s desire to push through a move, they will love the dig he took at Rangers.
If the Frenchman is to get back within the good graces of those at the Bhoys, then taking aim at their Old Firm rivals will certainly help him, if he intends to rebuild the bridges.
However, fans never like to see a player they adored leave their club and do not always take it so well, especially given the way the 22-year-old left.
