Plenty of Celtic fans celebrate the rumour that Dedryck Boyata is on his way out of the club

Fans of Celtic have taken to Twitter to show their happiness at the rumour that La Liga club Sevilla are interested in signing defender Dedryck Boyata.
The Belgian centre-back has been embroiled in a lot of controversy recently, as rumours flew about that he refused to play in Brendan Rodgers’ team. He would therefore be leaving under a cloud on ignominy, but that will not both the fans or the player in the slightest.
Since joining from Man City in 2015, Boyata has gone on to win three consecutive Scottish Premierships with The Hoops, but has looked set on leaving in recent weeks.
While fans are clearly happy, it does leave Celtic in a defensive crisis, where everyone involved in the club will want to plug the gap left by the Belgian.
Sevilla finished seventh last season in La Liga, and can still possible qualify for the Europa League, where they could potentially meet Celtic.
Here’s what the fans had to say:

They could have 7 Boyata's in their defence, it would still ship a ton of goals
