Celtic have looked less than impressive this season as they find themselves trailing Hearts in the race for the Scottish Premiership title.
The Hoops are normally the standout performers in Scotland and it’s very rare that they find themselves lagging behind, but this is how the current campaign has panned out so far. And, to make matters worse, Brendan Rodgers has made a worrying admission, as according to the Scottish Sun, Rodgers stated that Celtic aren’t a patch on the team that won two trebles.

The Hoops boss says his side are well short of the form that has seen them dominate Scottish football since his arrival in 2016.
“I don’t think we’re anywhere near the level of our game.
“We haven’t been as dynamic as we have been in the last couple of years. It might be a season for us like that.”
Celtic currently find themselves trailing Hearts in the race for the Scottish Premiership title, so it’s obvious that they need to improve in weeks to come.
