Southampton: Fans react as Demarai Gray transfer claim emerges

Many Southampton fans have been reacting to a tweet that was recently posted by Saints Twitter account @TheSaintCentre which relayed the news that Southampton have been linked with a move for Leicester City winger Demarai Gray.

Per 90min, Leicester are prepared to allow Gray to leave the East Midlands club next month and Southampton are one of the clubs said to be interested in signing the £10.8m-rated man, along with Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Crystal Palace.

This isn’t the first time that Southampton have been linked with Gray, as the Saints were also linked with a move for him five years ago when the winger played for Birmingham City, though he ended up moving to Leicester then instead.

After this new claim on Southampton’s interest in the winger emerged, @TheSaintCentre took to Twitter to ask fans of Southampton to share their thoughts on the possibility of their club making a move for the 24-year-old.
