After a video posted on the club’s official Twitter account, Tottenham fans have started discussing former striker Emmanuel Adebayor’s time at the club.
Having played for north London rivals Arsenal, Adebayor certainly wouldn’t have been the most popular of signings at Spurs.
The now 36-year-old joined the club from fellow Premier League side Manchester City in a £9m deal in the summer of 2012.

Despite his ties with the Gunners, the striker set about trying to ensure he did his talking on the pitch, and in the end, enjoyed a fairly decent time with the Lilywhites, netting 42 times in 113 games.
And after Spurs posted a clip of his superb solo goal in a 2-2 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge back in May 2013, fans of the north London side flooded the replies section with their thoughts on the Togo marksman.

Class goal, along with many for us! Just only If only he gave his all each game, plenty of talent but once the contract came it’s like he stuttered 😞
