Spurs fans would love to see Lozano links come good

Tottenham have been linked to a whole host of players this summer although none of them have come good as of yet. The club looks extremely close to securing Jack Grealish whilst Wilmar Barrios could also follow suit. According to TEAMtalk, though, Mauricio Pochettino could be set to test the waters with Hirving Lozano as he readies a 40 million euro bid for the winger.

The fact that Spurs need a winger isn’t in doubt. The club has looked into the signing of Malcom from Bordeaux although after multiple frustrations they gave up on the Brazilian. Now, though, the Lillywhites are set to enter the race for Lozano. The Mexican winger had a superb World Cup, scoring El Tri’s winner against Germany in their opener in Russia.

After a superbly successful season with PSV, the young flamboyant winger has been linked with a whole host of top clubs. Arsenal and Manchester United have been leading the way in the race for the 22-year-old’s signature but now Spurs have supposedly entered the race. If Tottenham could sign Lozano it would be a huge statement of intent from the North London club who have so far only drawn blanks in the window.
