In the end, it was the visitors who dominated the ball – Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side had 61% possession compared to the Lilywhites’ 39% – and they may feel unfortunate not to pick up all three points. Jose Mourinho, meanwhile, took the opportunity to blame injuries on his side’s inability to threaten throughout the 90 minutes.
