Tactically flexible £18m-rated hot shot is the ideal man to restore former glories to Arsenal ASAP

The Arsenal fans in and around the Transfer Tavern are hopeful of their team completing a revamp this summer as Unai Emery takes the helm and looks forward to the future.

It will certainly be a different season that is already dawning upon the Arsenal fans as Arsene Wenger will no longer be the manager sitting on the hot seat, Unai Emery will. The ex-PSG man, our punters believe, should be looking at young French winger Allan Saint-Maximin, who is valued at £18 million on Transfermarkt.

Arsenal have an array of attacking talent already in and around their starting 11 but the 21-year-old would bring something completely new to the Emirates. Maximin has raw pace and the ability to ease past defenders, something the Gunners don’t necessarily have in their wingers, Alex Iwobi and Henrik Mkhitaryan. The Frenchman, similarly, has skills and trickery to make him a big threat on the wing, presented through his 5 goals and 9 assists last season for French side Nice.

Allan Saint-Maximin although predominately a right-winger, can also play on the opposite flank or as a centre-forward. This gives Arsenal the flexibility to add the Frenchman anywhere in attack knowing that he could do a job for their team. Maximin also has the talent to be equally as capable playing with both feet, causing havoc on whatever side he may be lined up on.

Having seen Arsenal fail to reach the top four for the last two seasons in a row now, our punters are keen for their beloved team to invest in future talents like Saint-Maximin so they can build up their squad again to regain their superiority at the top of the Premier League.
