The 2 Arsenal players who are rotting at the club and need to escape ASAP

The Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern are not having a very good time at present…

The Gunners will be playing their continental football in the Europa League next season which is an unfamiliar competition for the recognisable top-four outfit who have often be criticised for their lack of ambition outside the Premier League.

Supporters by the bar will be increasingly frustrated if there are no major additions to their line-up for the forthcoming campaign, specifically up front which is where large numbers in-house feel is their most fragile position, despite the recent capture of Alexandre Lacazette.

However, whilst it is pivotal for the North London side to reinforce and strengthen their selections, it may be the case of allowing a few to exit the club and they should prioritise those who could progress their careers elsewhere.

To reduce transfer constraints, these TWO Arsenal players need to escape the Emirates as soon as possible before rotting away in Arsene Wenger’s fringes…..

Kieran Gibbs

Kieran Gibbs was thought to be the left-back to dominate that position for years to come after breaking into the Arsenal first-team but that hasn’t proven the case as Nacho Monreal is the preferred option under Wenger.

The former Norwich City loanee featured in a measly eleven Premier League outings for the Gunners last term and feel that his days at the club are numbered, potentially forcing a move away immediately.

The arrival of Sead Kolašinac could force Gibbs further down the pecking order and his distant hopes of making a return to the England setup look remote.

Carl Jenkinson

With one FA Cup honour to his name, Carl Jenkinson certainly has the winning mentality for any club but was expected to one day be a prominent figure in the Gunners’ defence.

Since making the highly-anticipated move from Charlton Athletic six years ago, the 25-year-old has seen little joy although the West Ham United fans took a fancy following a loan stint in East London.

Hector Bellerin is the first-choice for Arsene Wenger at right-back and so there is little hope for Jenkinson.

Arsenal supporters, would you be happy to allow these two to leave? Are they rotting their careers away at the club? Let us get your thoughts in the comment section below!
