Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Football Transfer Tavern can be relatively satisfied with the group of players they have in the team ahead of the new Premier League season.
From our landlord’s perspective, there is very little that needs changing in the Spurs squad and he wouldn’t alter it too much as we saw just how close they came to challenging for the title last term.
Even if owner Daniel Levy wanted to seriously enhance the playing squad we doubt he has much left in the bank after splashing out hundreds of million on the new White Hart Lane, which is set to open in twelve month’s time.
Supporters by the bar think that will result in allowing one or two to depart the club in the coming weeks and that should be of the footballers’ benefits who have seen their career go downhill during their time in north London.
Here are TWO Tottenham players who need to escape the club as soon as possible due to them rotting away…..
Georges-Kevin N’Koudou

Georges-Kevin N’Koudou was tipped to be a future prospect in the first-team at Tottenham Hotspur, however, in his first season in the Premier League since moving from Marseille has seen very little to back up that statement.
The former France under-21 international made a measly eight top-flight appearances during the 2016/17 campaign and probably would have hoped for more with the high expectations on him.
N’Koudou may thrive back in the French league but he isn’t cut out for English football as of yet and will continue to rot away if things continue as they are at Spurs.
Vincent Janssen

Vincent Janssen’s debut campaign in the Premier League has been nothing short of torrid for him having majorly played second fiddle to the prolific Harry Kane, and even when the Englishman was injured he struggled to start.
The 23-year-old has a £19 million price tag on him and Tottenham Hotspur may be looking to recoup as much of that as possible to boost their transfer budget this summer window.
Spurs may be on the look out for a more consistent striker to complete with Kane, Janssen not being their man and a departure is highly inevitable as we enter pre-season in the next week or two.
Tottenham Hotspur supporters, do these two still have something to offer? Or should they be moved on ASAP? Let us get your thoughts in the comment section below!
