Celtic will need to strengthen next month if they are to beat Rangers to the title and claim their 10th successive league crown.

Over the summer, Celtic lost Moussa Dembele to Lyon but thanks to the exploits of Odsonne Edouard the Hoops have risen to the top of the table once again and currently have a game in hand on second place, Rangers.

Thanks to Rangers dropping points to Hibernian, Celtic now have some breathing room but they must add some quality going forward. As it stands, they have scored 46 goals in the league but have lost Leigh Griffiths due to personal reasons, while Daniel Arzani has been injured since the start of the season.  That leaves Edouard as the only out and out striker at the club and according to The Sun, Celtic are close to signing PSG academy graduate, Timothy Weah on loan.

The Breakdown

Despite being a talented player, he has struggled to make an impact on the side and looks as though Thomas Tuchel doesn't rate the young forward enough to play in the side.

The 18-year-old has only played twice in the league and has scored one goal but could well thrive from playing first-team football in Brendan Rodgers' side.

Due to his ability to play on the left-wing too, he could well be a crucial addition to the side. The club will need to look to add more attacking options going forward but as it stands, Weah would be a good start.
