The EA Sports Spurs vs Blackburn Predictor

Morten Gamst Pedersen has been one of Blackburn’s hardest working players this season. The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index tells us Pedersen has covered the most ground, individually, for Blackburn is their last two Premier League fixtures.

Despite Pedersen’s recent form the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index shows us that Nzoni has covered the most distance over the course of the season. He’s covered a total of 202.4 miles with Pederson trailing with 189.17 miles.

Ayegbeni Yakubu is Blackburn’s highsest ranked player in the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index.

The 29-year-old Nigerian has scored 16 goals this season, according to the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index 57% of Yakubu’s total shots have been on target this season.

The index also tells us that 50% of Yakubu’s shots on target have resulted in goals this season.

David Hoillett the 21-year-old Canadian Striker has, according to the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index, the best shots on target percentage in the Blackburn squad. 70.5% of Hoillett’s chances are on target.

Pedersen picked up his nineth assist of the season after swinging in a perfect cross for Mauro Formica to head home the Argentine’s fourth goal of this seasons Premier League campaign.

Emmanuel Adebayor is Tottenham’s highest ranked player in the EA SPORTS Premier League Index currently. He is currently ranked 4th.

Adebayor has had 78 shots so far this season and according to the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index, 61% of the those shots have been on target.

Tottenham have been playing attractive and penetrating football this season. Bale was influential in Tottenham’s success earlier this season.  In doing so Bale has completed 110 dribbles, which is more than any other Premier League player so far this season.

Not only does Bale make these penetrating runs he also puts plenty of balls into the box. The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index shows us that Bale is 7th for crosses completed this season.

Harry Redknapp seems to be treading a different path to most Spurs fans in recent weeks. The Bale ‘free role’ experiment hasn’t worked and Spurs don’t look like a Champions League side at all.

Steve Kean is also facing a daily hate parade from Blackburn supporters who perhaps ought be directing their angst at the Venky Corp who breezed in and did bugger all to improve matters.

Prediction? A shamefully dull 1-1 draw.

Well now, when it comes to football, one man has for many years been the most noticeable, the most controversial, and occasionally the most successful blogger this country has ever produced. His pithy words and abrasive style make him as famous off the pitch as he is on it. This man is Escapini. "I love football. Football she's a cruel mistress. She's, she's more than a mistress. She's a wife, she's a mother, she's a daughter, she's an errant child. She's a… she's a… she can make you laugh, she make you cry. She can bring tears me eyes. She can bring blood to me shoulders. She can bring a kettle to the boil." "Cause football is about nothing, unless it's about something and what it is about, is football."
