It’s been a horrible season for the Arsenal fans who have constantly lined the bar here in the Tavern and the pressure on manager Arsene Wenger remains as the campaign draws to a close!
Despite making the FA Cup final, which could be the game that saves Wenger his job at the Emirates, the Gunners have been poor domestically and in the Champions League all season and there needs to be changes over the summer months.
And one seriously talented star who has been tipped as a future gem is Manchester City youngster Jadon Sancho.
The 17-year-old winger has been dubbed as the “English Neymar” by the City fans here in the pub all season and he’s shown in both the City U23’s and U18’s team this season that he’s going to be a seriously exciting player in the future.
Of course, his development is by no means complete but with Arsenal really needing to shake things up this summer, bringing in a player like Sancho might be a very good idea indeed.
City’s quality in this position already means the talented 17-year-old will have to bide his time for first-team minutes which could prompt a move in the next couple of months.
Put Sancho’s name into google or YouTube and you’ll find a player who has a serious burst of pace and skill in abundance too.
He’s got to develop that eye for goal having scored just seven this campaign but he could be the man to help Wenger out in his time of need.
