Liverpool fans here in the Tavern are feeling confident as their side go on in search of European glory, with manager Jurgen Klopp still looking for his first trophy at Anfield.
Indeed, the Reds will be desperate to secure the Champions League trophy as one of the form teams in the competition, with many of our local Liverpudlians wanting to see their side go all the way. But, manager Jurgen Klopp appears to be looking towards the summer transfer window, as Liverpool are reportedly close to agreeing a deal for Norwich City’s James Maddison.
Interestingly, the Englishman has been one of the standout performers for the Canaries in the current campaign, with a move to the Premier League being just reward for his efforts thus far. Although, the Reds’ transfer activity won’t stop there, as Klopp will be desperate to bring in a couple of high-calibre players in the summer with success and silverware being eyed up for next season.
Therefore, here’s a look at TWO players that must follow James Maddison to Liverpool…
Ryan Sessegnon

The 17-year-old has established himself as one of the most promising players in the whole of English football, having spearheaded current club Fulham’s promotion push with a number of goals and assists.
Indeed, the Englishman has come on leaps and bound since being converted into a left midfielder, with a move to Anfield helping him develop under a manager that has already brought the best out of the club’s youngsters.
With that in mind, Liverpool should look to bring the wonderkid to Merseyside in the summer transfer window, as a future world star that can also play a huge part in the present.
Isco

The Spaniard has been sensational for Real Madrid so far this season as a moment of brilliance is never too far away, with many of our local residents wanting to see him at Anfield in the summer.
Although, the Reds may have to say goodbye to their beloved Mohamed Salah if they want to secure the services of Isco, as it’s unlikely that Madrid will let him go without bringing the Egyptian to Spain.
So without further ado, Liverpool must sign Isco in the summer transfer window, as he could take them to the next level with his incredible dribbling ability and deadly eye for goal.
