It’s been a hugely successful season for Brendan Rodgers at Celtic and their supporters here in the Transfer Tavern are delighted with how things have gone in recent weeks!
The Bhoys wrapped up the title with weeks to spare, with just a poor Champions League campaign the only blip in what has been a very good season thus far.
Their fans have been extremely pleased with how things have gone but looking ahead, they want to see some big players come through the doors at Parkhead over the summer as they look to really prove their dominance in Scotland once again.
And after a quick word with our Bhoys-mad barman, he’s offered us some cracking suggestions for players that the club should definitely be in the market for over the summer months.
So with that in mind, here’s the 2 players that need to be at the top of Rodgers’ Celtic transfer wishlist this summer…
John Terry

John Terry has announced that he’ll leave Chelsea come the end of the season and he’ll be looking for a new challenge when the summer rolls around – so why not make it with Scottish champions Celtic?
He’d be back playing in the Champions League before he knows it in a division where he could really show some quality.
Bhoys fans here in the pub seem to like this idea very much indeed.
Tammy Abraham

There’s been one Chelsea loanee that has really shone this season and it’s Tammy Abraham, who has been brilliant during his time at Bristol City.
But he’s unlikely to break into the first-team at Stamford Bridge anytime soon and might be best to spend some time away from the club once again.
And with Moussa Dembele in talks to leave this summer, could we see Celtic make a loan move for a man that has lit up the Championship at times this season?
