Suso
According to the Daily Mirror, Tottenham are preparing a move for AC Milan’s Suso. The former Liverpool winger is reportedly of keen interest to Pochettino, who is eager to strengthen his attacking options following the departure of Clinton N’Jie.
It could also provide fierce completion to Moussa Sissoko and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou, whose careers have failed to materialise in North London.
The Spaniard, who has represented Spain at under-21 level, has made 44 appearances for the Italian giants, scoring seven goals in the process.
Vincent Marcel
Tottenham’s eagerness to cast an eye towards the future continues with the potential arrival of Vincent Marcel. ESPN reports that Spurs are interested in the versatile midfielder, although a deal has not been agreed as of yet.
Marcel is seen as a signing for the future, and he featured ten times for Nice last season, including two appearances in the UEFA Europa League.
While Marcel isn’t particularly recognisable, Tottenham supporters are well aware of Pochettino’s ability to nurture young talent – he could become the next Dele Alli.
